It  may sound a bit complicated at first but I make it really easy to follow.  So, whether you are an individual with a hair loss or hair care concern or a professional wanting to know facts from fiction to support your patients or clients, ‘The Three P’s Method’ is shared within all of my workshops and courses. 

‘The Three P’s Method’ is a tried, tested and trusted approach that I've uniquely developed, whilst personally supporting over 10,000 individuals to date. As well as with individuals, I also use this method when I teach professional hairdressers, NHS nurses, doctors and hair care professionals. 

I use ‘The Three P’s Method’ to break down all the myths, jargon, science, products and services so that people can discover how to move through a hair loss or hair care concern, finding confidence with their choices.

What I have learned is that when someone faces a deep and worrying concern about their hair, and in particular when it comes to hair loss, they will only ever be stuck within one of these ‘Three P’s’.

They are likely to be in a whirl of unhelpful thoughts and actions in either (or all of) the Three P’s. Physiological, Psychological and Practical elements of their hair care concern. 

In a nutshell, ‘The Three P’s Method’ is a holistic approach to creating confidence during hair loss and hair care concerns.
