Here you will find our legal framework for all business relating to Holistic Hair Care Expert Limited which is a registered company in England and Wales company number 10224402. We are a socially minded company who give a generous amount of our profits & free support services to charity. We also create and donate content to organisations such as providing free courses and services for those in need and NHS nurses.
We provide services for professionals such as hairdressers, nurses and hair loss specialists as well as the general public. Thank you so much for supporting our wholehearted approach.
Why do we have legal terms?
In the modern times we live in it is necessary to have legal terms, conditions, disclaimers and other legal information. This is to protect both your, and our, best interests. This legal language is at times required to be written in a certain way. This prevents us from using comforting words and language that we feel is more our style. We will do our best to present this information with care and sensitivity. However at times we are required to use clear legal language.
Please read the information and terms carefully as when you use our Website or services you accept these terms as governing the relationship between us at the date of your first use of this Website or use a service.

Our charity promise and donations
NHS & Charity Donation. Our chosen charity partner is Cancer Hair Care (registered charity Caring Hair 1145258). We also donate our services and training to a number of other charities and organisations such as the NHS. We run many different fundraisers and donation opportunities for charity as well as providing free services for those in need and free courses for NHS nurses. For example - For every professional course purchased, an NHS nurse receives a FREE education session and the charity, Cancer Hair Care, receives a financial donation. Thank you so much for supporting us to help others.
Cancer Hair Care Pledge Placement Application Form
At charity Cancer Hair Care and Holistic Hair Care Expert we have a joint mission to see that every caring hairdresser is educated in the subject of cancer treatment related to hair loss. Every course we provide has a running cost and so we kindly ask that you show your commitment to charity Cancer Hair Care by completing a Cancer Hair Care Pledge Placement Application Form.
Kindly note:
- We ask that you complete your Cancer Hair Care Pledge Placement Application Form within 7 days of reserving a course place.
- Free courses can be retracted at any time if the Cancer Hair Care panel do not feel that you intended to fulfil your pledge or you have not followed through with communications about your pledges.
- If you are delivering a ‘Cancer Hair Care Hairdressing Ribbon Service’ we ask that you have your own liability insurance to provide services. You should not usually need to change your insurance as you are simply carrying out your hairdressing or hair care professional duties but offering to specific clients - people with cancer. It is your responsibility to ensure you are insured adequately.
- GDPR your information will be shared with charity Cancer Hair Care as well as Holistic Hair Care Expert Limited (the educational partner to Cancer Hair Care).
Service Access
Service Access – We provide a number of services such as online courses. We will always do our best to provide you clear access to your service/course or product. Access to our courses and services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. We will always do our best to rectify this as soon as we can. Kindly note that unless stated access is granted for the individual signed up for the course/service only. Please do not share our courses without prior consent. We use AI to track and protect the integrity of our work. If you are a charity organisation or the NHS and wish to share our courses please get in touch so that we can provide a collaboration plan. We provide free courses and services for those in need.
Privacy Security Privacy Policy and Data Protection
At Holistic Hair Care Expert we really do care about every person who uses our services. We respect your right to privacy and take it seriously. We aim to act with respect and sensitivity to your individual situation along with any data you share with us. We know that security and privacy is a concern when supplying personal details online, over the phone or during a conversation.Whatever your relationship with us we will do our best to ensure that your personal details and information that you share is safely stored and used appropriately.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure but we do our best so you can rest assured that your information is in good hands. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations without your consent (other than that requested by law which is a standard legal requirement of all web sites). Your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.

Payments and refunds
We take your trust in our payment system seriously. We are committed to using software that professionally and safely processes payments. If you require a refund or have any questions in relation to this please get in touch with our helpful team.
Refunds
We will make a refund to you if you have incorrectly booked a course or service or we have made an error. If you notice that you have made an incorrect booking please get in contact with us within 7 days of making a payment.
Recording of workshops
From time to time we need to record workshops. For staff training and sometimes to send onto people who need to download a course, meeting or service. If you have any concerns about this please keep your video off. We will always inform you if we are recording. We edit out question and answer sessions so that you can feel safe and confident. Please talk to us about any concerns you may have.
Fundraising for charity
Here are some examples of some of the fundraising activities we are involved in:
- Dual fundraising sessions: We host events whereby we donate profits to our charity partner Cancer Hair Care. If you want further information about a specific event please contact us. We are happy to provide more information.
- Hairdressers: Many professional hairdressers join us for our free training that we supply on behalf of our charity partner Cancer Hair Care. Please note that fundraising is held directly with the charity
Images, content, stories and videos
In the modern times we live in the sharing of images, stories and information consent has changed. If you send us your image and stories we will ask you if we can share them. If we are at an event (in-person or online) and you kindly agree to photos or soundbites we will verbally ask for your consent. Thank you so much to all the individuals who allow us to share their images and stories within the communities we operate in. If you wish to retract an image or story that you have shared with us please get in contact. Sharing individual experiences really helps others to connect. Thank you.
